  1. Introduction

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) discloses the privacy practices set out by Quiet Loud Technologies Ltd (collectively, “Company, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) for the use of www.quiet-loud.com (“Site”).  The Privacy Policy explains how We use data and personal information provided by guests or registered users (collectively, “You”, “Your”, “User” or “Customer”) when using our Site. We are committed to protecting the privacy, security and confidentiality of data information that You may provide us on the aforementioned website operated by us.

This Privacy Policy forms part of and is incorporated into our website Terms of Use (“Terms”).  By accessing and using our Site, for any purpose whatsoever, You agree to fully accept the Privacy Policy and Terms. In the event of a security breach, whereby your Personal Information may be accessed in an unauthorised manner, we will take appropriate steps to contain the breach to the extent as is reasonably possible for us and inform you in case you have been affected by such breach.
    3. In the event that your Personal Information is transferred to another country, within our contractual relations, and subject to UAE Data Protection Law, we will take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection for your Personal Information.

      6. Right to file a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
